LLT periodically holds auctions for properties across Louisiana that were acquired through various acquisition programs. Our most recent auctions featured former “Road Home” properties obtained after hurricanes Katrina and Rita, as well as Restore Solution 4 Buyout properties obtained in response to the Severe Storms of 2016. Some of the properties we sell are available for redevelopment, while others have Conservation Servitude Agreements that limit their future use. If you plan to bid on any of our properties, please exercise diligence.
