Property Management and Preservation of LLT Properties
Task Force LLC is a locally owned and operated small business headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA. Wetake great pride in our reputation for quality and performance.Our mission is to see the restoration of community through vision, persistence and continuous innovation.
Task Force performs property maintenance on the 10,000+ properties located in over 20 parishes for the Louisiana Land Trust. This project includes the in-house management of tracking and reviewing over 40,000 work orders on a monthly basis. All work is recorded in our custom information system and includes supporting documentation in the form of pictures.
Task Force is committed to not only rebuilding Louisiana but also rebuilding communities. We have collaborated with a number of non-profit organizations, foundations, and local subcontractors to support the bringing back of a resilient people and their neighborhoods. To this aim, Task Force currently works with clients such as the Louisiana Land Trust, the City of New Orleans and the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority performing similar services to help clean up the city’s blighted properties.
Task Force was incorporated in September of 2006 with a vision to provide post-disaster support to stricken areas through experienced and trusted personnel. During that time we served as a subcontractor specializing in temporary housing services for three of the Maintenance Deactivation Contractors in Louisiana under FEMA. A second office was opened in Saint Bernard Parish in late September of 2007 that houses a half acre warehouse staffed with skilled heavy equipment operators and lawn maintenance crews.
